For remodelers

Become the aging-in-place remodeler we recommend in your area.

Homeowners and their adult children find our guides when a parent falls, comes home from the hospital, or can no longer manage the stairs. When they ask to be matched, we hand the request to one approved remodeler serving their area, by phone. This page explains the process; we explain the details, including the terms, when we call you.

  • 1. Apply

Tell us about your business, the counties you serve, your licence and insurance, and whether you hold the CAPS designation. Five minutes.

  • 2. We call you

A person from our team phones you, checks the licence and insurance, and walks you through how requests reach you, what we expect, and the terms. Everything is explained on that call, nothing is signed on this page.

  • 3. You are listed as approved

Approved remodelers are the ones we recommend. When a homeowner in your area sends a request, we phone you and hand it over: name, phone, project, timeline, who it is for and how they expect to pay, with their consent to be contacted recorded.

  • 4. One remodeler per request

A request goes to one remodeler, never a list. You are not racing anyone to the phone, and the homeowner has already read what the project costs and how people pay for it.

We only recommend licensed, insured remodelers. CAPS designation preferred. Request volume is not guaranteed; we tell you honestly what your area is producing, and a request outside your counties or trades is never counted against you.
